Casa Marie is a modern, very large, private south facing villa located in the quiet and exclusive residential neighbourhood of Los Calamares, (a community of beautifully maintained, low rise and spacious residential villas), and is a mere 5 to 10 minutes' walk away into the town centre with waterfront bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and beaches.

• The villa has non-slip tiling throughout (Inside and Outside).
• All linen and towels for inside and outside are provided. There is a weekly cleaning service for stays of 11 or more days. Extra cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Hair dryers are supplied.
• Portable fan heaters in all bedrooms.

Kitchen

The large, fitted kitchen features:

• An American-style fridge-freezer (which can dispense cold water and ice).
• Built-in dishwasher.
• Full sized oven and separate microwave.
• Toaster, kettle, plastic and ceramic crockery and all cooking utensils required.
• A filtered water tap (so guests don't have to carry heavy water bottles from the supermarkets).
• A large island with hob and separate dining area.

Patio doors lead to the outdoor BBQ and dining area on the upper terrace.

Utility Room

The large utility room stores all cleaning materials, the washing machine, iron, ironing board.

Lounge

The large, modern lounge has:

• Comfortable seating.
• A 65-inch flat screen OLED television.
• IPTV package which offers all sports channels (Sky, BT, Bein Sports etc), movies on demand, British channels and more. 

Patio doors lead to the outdoor BBQ and dining area on the upper terrace.

Outside

The upper terrace has a seating area outside the two South facing bedrooms. There is also a large outdoor BBQ and dining area.

Tiled steps and a ramp will take you down to the lower terrace where you will find the heated pool* (10mx5m), a heated outdoor shower, comfortable sun beds and another larger shaded seating area underneath an aluminium pergola.

*The pool is heated from October to March.

Pool house / Games Room

The pool room has shelving for the outside seating cushions.

There is a 7 foot pool table.

Parking

Inside the automated gates, there is sufficient off-road parking for several vehicles.

Other

The premises are alarmed.

There is a safe for guests to use.

General Information about your stay

We currently live in the UK, so the cleaning and maintenance of the self-catering villa is carried out by a local professional management team who are contactable throughout your stay if there are any problems. We are also contactable.

There is a locked private community tennis court for residents/guests only, just a couple of minutes away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We will only accept bookings for families with children over the age of 10 who are competent swimmers.

The villa is fully registered for holiday lettings. Licence no VV-35-3-0005242. Passport information will need to be supplied for all guests staying at the villa.

Minimum 7 night stay.

We will not accept bookings for hen / stag parties.
