Villa Marie is a gorgeous private south facing villa, with stunning panoramic views of the mountains and out across the sea to Fuerteventura. It is located in the quiet and exclusive residential neighbourhood of Los Calamares, (a community of beautifully maintained, low rise and spacious residential villas), and a mere 5 minutes walk away into the town centre with waterfront bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.

• The villa has non-slip tiling throughout (Inside and Outside).
• All linen and towels for inside and outside are provided. There is a weekly cleaning service for stays of 11 or more days. Extra cleaning is available at an additional cost.
• Hair dryers are supplied and fan heaters in case of a rare chilly evening.
• Free WIFI Available.

Bedrooms

The villa is all on one level with three spacious bedrooms.

There are two bedrooms with king size beds to the rear with patio doors opening onto the upper terrace. One has an en-suite shower and the other has a full bathroom opposite. Both have coin operated air conditioning units.

The third bedroom has two large single beds and an en-suite shower.  

Kitchen

In the fitted kitchen there is a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hob, full sized oven, and all cooking utensils required. There is also a separate dining area.

There is a filtered water tap.

Lounge / Snug

The modern lounge has a large leather suite, 60 inch flat screen television, IPTV package which offers full Sky packages including movies, sports and all British channels and more. There is a separate small snug just off the lounge, with a separate TV for the use of the PS4 (just bring your own controllers and games), or can be used as a quiet area for reading.

Outside

Patio doors from the lounge and the back two bedrooms give access to the upper terrace with outside dining and a small sofa area.

From there are stairs leading to the roof terrace (where there is a small seating area and you can enjoy a relaxing drink whilst taking in the glorious sea views)

There are two steps down to a lower terrace with a heated pool (8mx3m), sun beds and another larger seating area.

The pool is heated from October to March. It can be heated between April and September if required, although this is generally not needed.

There is a barbeque area.

Other

The premises are alarmed.

There is a safe for guests to use.

The front is part-tiled and has off-street parking for one vehicle. The path enables mobility scooters to easily access the side of the property directly from the road (via the side gate), where it can be re-charged via an external power socket.

General Information about your stay

We currently live in the UK, so the cleaning and maintenance of the self catering villa is carried out by a local professional management team who are contactable throughout your stay if there are any serious problems. We are also contactable.

There is a locked private community tennis court for residents/guests only, just a couple of minutes away.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We will only accept bookings for families with children over the age of 10 who are competent swimmers for safety reasons (the roof terrace connects with the main villa roof, which does not have safety barriers).

The villa is fully registered for holiday lettings. Licence no VV-35-3-0003511. Passport information will need to be supplied for all guests staying at the villa.

Minimum 7 night stay.

We will not accept bookings for hen or stag party groups / all male or all female groups.
